        工業生產中，有許多物品是不能在高溫條件下進行干燥處理的，例如一些藥品、化學制品、營養食品以及人參、鹿茸等高檔中草藥材，特別是對中藥浸膏的干燥更具有高質量、高效益的特點，為了保證產品質量，其干燥處理必須在低于100℃或在室溫的條件下進行，眾所周知氣壓降低，水的沸點也降低，如在一個大氣壓（101.3kpa）下，水的沸點是100℃，而在-0.073mpa（7.37kpa）下，水的沸點是40℃，而在-0.09mpa下，水的沸點33℃，可以實現在低溫下對物料進行干燥，因此，在真空條件下，加熱物體可使物體內部水分在無升溫狀態下蒸發，從而達到較好的干燥效果。
        High-temperature drying does not apply to many objects, such as medicine, chemicals, nutrients, as well as the Chinese herbal medicine such as ginseng and velvet antler, during the industrial production; it enjoys the features of high quality and benefits in the drying of Chinese medical extract. The drying must be performed under 100℃ or at room temperature, in order to guarantee the quality of products. It is well known that water boiling point decreases along with the air pressure; for example, the water boiling point is 100℃ at the atmospheric pressure below 101.3 kpa, 40℃ at the atmospheric pressure below -0.073 MPa (7.37kpa), or 33℃ at the atmospheric pressure below -0.09 MPa, in order to realize material drying at low temperature; therefore, the moisture in the heated object can be evaporated in vacuum condition without temperature rise, to ensure good drying effects.
